Our process
Our process
We’ve made the process of ordering and designing sports uniforms as simple and stress-free as possible. Please see the steps below and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
Step 1. Browse our range of custom apparel products and purchase directly from our website, or contact us to discuss your specific garment requirements. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what you need, we can help you find the perfect products.
Step 2. We will contact you for a design consultation where we will discuss colour options, unique design ideas and logo placements. Once completed, you will be emailed with a mock up of your proposed designs.
Step 3. Once the proposed designs have been approved, production of a sample will commence. When the sample is approved, full production of you custom garments will begin. You will receive tracking information once your order is on it's way.
What is sublimation?
What is sublimation?
Our custom garments are 100% customisable due to a printing technique called sublimation. Unlike traditional printing methods that sit on top of the fabric, sublimation ensures that the design becomes part of the material itself. This results in vibrant, durable, and high-quality prints that won’t fade, crack, or peel over time. Sublimation works best on polyester fabrics, as the dye bonds with the synthetic fibres, allowing for full-colour, intricate designs that are resistant to wear. This method is perfect for creating custom team uniforms due to its ability to produce lightweight, breathable garments with no restriction to design.
